Nate Wentz
Pre-Construction Manager
Nate has over 16 years experience in the construction industry working in ground up and luxury home construction. He has spent the last 5 years as a business owner/GC performing sales, design, estimating and project management. His extensive knowledge of all phases of construction will be well utilized in ensuring comprehensive quotes. Nate is looking forward to building relationships and collaborating on scope details with GC and Project Managers.
Matt Alexander
Estimator
With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Matt has spent the last 25 years as a commercial estimator. He leverages his expertise and knowledge to ensure estimates are completed accurately and in a timely manner. He is eager to ensure he meets and exceeds our customers' needs to provide comprehensive quotes.
David Brown
Estimator
With over 25 years of experience in the architectural woodworking industry, David brings a wealth of knowledge from roles in drafting, project management and estimating. Combined with an MBA in Project Management, David is experienced in all aspects of defining project scope. David strives to provide detailed and accurate estimates during the bidding process so there is a smooth transition to project management and production phases as projects are awarded and released.
Justin Young
Director of Project Management
Justin has been in the millwork industry for 22 years, with 17 of those focused on commercial projects. For the last 14 years, he’s been a project manager, and loves seeing a vision come to life from start to finish. He’s also a husband and dad – has a daughter (11) and son (7) – family time is super important to him. He is one of nine siblings and grew up in a big, busy household which taught him early about the value of hard work, teamwork, and resilience When he’s not managing projects, you’ll probably find him golfing, playing tennis, or tackling his next home renovation project.
Mark Kersten
Director of Engineering
With over 20 years of expertise in the furniture industry, Mark brings extensive experience in innovative furniture design and optimized production processes. He excels at leading cross-functional teams to drive cutting-edge design solutions, streamline manufacturing operations, and ensure superior product quality. Passionate about integrating advanced engineering strategies with a customer-centric approach, he is dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes that enhance operational efficiency and elevate client satisfaction.
Ron Burke
Chief Operations Officer
Ron brings 30+ years’ experience in the wood manufacturing industry.
His disciplines include: lean manufacturing, quality control, process improvement, safety, value engineering, scheduling, sales, and client relations.
Ron has been involved in multiple award winning million-dollar millwork projects. He has true passion for what he does - the industry and the people.
