Lauren Young - Sr. Sales/Bid Estimator

Lauren has been in the cabinet manufacturing and distribution industry for over 7 years and, also has over 12 years sales experience.  Lauren joined the Sales/Estimating Team in 2020 and works with our clients throughout the Pre-Construction bidding process and Project Management.  Her goal is to work in conjunction with the General Contractors and Design Teams to ensure the desired outcome of the project  is achieved.

Brad Fries - Sr. Sales/Bid Estimator

Brad has over 30 years experience in the construction industry, starting as a cabinet maker during college.  He continued as a cabinetmaker professionally in NY, NY until moving into sales and eventually specializing sales of custom stairs.  His extensive experience and knowledge of the industry made it easy to transition into the commercial millwork business and is currently involved in both Sales and Project Management.

Les Holland - Vice President of Engineering 

Les has over 25 years experience in the industry.  He has been an influential part of several multi-million dollar award winning projects nationwide.  

Les's focus at Millwork on 31st is in the development of our product lines, along with engineering processes and controls.

Rick Ruhland - Director of Operations

Rick has over 30 years experience in the cabinet manufacturing industry and a strong background in lean manufacturing.  His service as a paratrooper in the army is reflected in his attention to detail and perfection of our operations.
